Pipe Fabrication and Spool Production
BİRMEK A.Ş. possesses the infrastructure and skilled workforce necessary to meet the piping needs of industrial facilities through both prefabrication (spool) and on-site installation. Pipes made from carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy materials, HDPE, GRP, and other special materials are manufactured with high precision for use in transport, process, drainage, and vacuum lines.
Spools fabricated in workshop environments are produced in strict accordance with project designs generated by 3D modeling software. These spools are fully welded, tested, and then delivered to the site—minimizing error margins and significantly reducing installation time.
In piping systems used for critical processes, factors such as weld penetration, welding technology, welder qualifications, radiographic inspections, and pressure tests are carried out with utmost care. Every production step is documented by our quality control engineers and reported to the client for full transparency and traceability.
