Testing and Commissioning

Following the completion of a project, the commissioning phase is the most critical stage that ensures systems are fully operational and safe. At BİRMEK A.Ş., we manage the entire testing and commissioning process in line with international procedures—including system evaluations, leak and pressure tests, automation system calibration, and final commissioning.

This process includes:

• Hydrostatic testing of piping systems
• Insulation and grounding measurements in electrical panels
• Loop testing for instrumentation devices
• Functional testing of mechanical equipment
• Pre-commissioning cleaning and flushing operations

After commissioning, system performance is measured, documented, and reported to the client. If any corrective actions are needed, they are implemented promptly. This ensures that the facility is fully ready for safe and efficient operation.
